Azerbaijan’s delegation at COP 26 Summit is headed by Mr. Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) kicked off on Sunday October 31 and will continue until November 12 at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow under the presidency of the United Kingdom.
