Dear citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan!
We are happy to announce that the consular officer Mr Tural Ismayilov will be visiting Aberdeen on the 10th of March 2020 to meet citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Mr Ismayilov will provide the following consular services on 10 March:
ü Notarial issues –certifying documents (power of attorneys, copy of Azerbaijani documents, translation of documents)
ü Consular registration- will be required from all attended people. *
ü Re-entry certificate to Azerbaijan (Emergency Travel Document) – Applications will be accepted
ü Registration of newly born Azerbaijani citizens and providing issuing Birth Certificate. – applications will be accepted
ü Criminal Record Check- Applications will be accepted (processing time is up to 40 working days)
ü Citizenship Identification- Application will be accepted (processing time is up to 40-60 days)
ü Reporting obtaining of foreign citizenship.
*for consular registration please bring your valid passport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and one passport size photo.
