Consular registration
Consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan permanently and temporarily residing abroad is carried out in order to ensure full protection of their rights, legitimate interests and security by the state. Moreover, the registration allows the Embassy to keep in touch with citizens on a regular basis via emails, to inform them about any events to be organised for the Azerbaijani community, keep them informed of the news from Azerbaijan.
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan permanently residing in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Republic of Iceland and the Kingdom of Denmark shall be registered at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the basis of a relevant document issued by the competent authorities of the mentioned countries.
Required documents:
- Completed registration form for permanently and temporarily living citizens.
- A copy of the document confirming that the person has a permanent or temporary residence permit
- Copy of passport
- Photo (3,5 x 4,5 cm) - for permanent residents
The documents shall be mailed or submitted in person to the Embassy.
