Application Procedure
Azerbaijani citizens, as well as foreign nationals and stateless persons, may have the authenticity of a signature on an application certified by applying in person at the Embassy.
At the same time, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan may carry out this procedure online via the “Mobile Notary” application.
Via the “Mobile Notary” Application
To use the “Mobile Notary” application, applicants must download the app from the Play Market or Apple Store and complete the registration process.
Please note that only certain types of applications can be certified through this mobile application. More detailed information is available via the link.
At the Embassy
To certify the authenticity of a signature (application) at the Embassy, the applicant must book an appointment through the electronic appointment portal and appear in person at the Embassy with the required documents. The application is certified during the appointment and issued to the applicant on the same day.
The Embassy has various standard application templates available, such as: consent for a minor to leave the country; consent for issuing a passport to a minor; application for disposal of real estate; and others.
If a specific wording is required, applicants are kindly requested to submit the prepared text of the application in advance.
Required Documents
- Original and copy of the applicant’s identity card or passport.
If the applicant is a foreign national or stateless person, the original and copy of the passport are required. - State fee of GBP 20. Cash payments are not accepted. The fee may be paid by bank card at the time of application.
